KtS Dance is run under the registered self-employment status of Principal Mrs Katy Atzberger as a Sole Trader. 

All teachers and team members are hired on a contractual/freelance basis and are registered self-employed individuals responsible for their own tax and national insurance or volunteers. All those working under the KtS Dance name are insured through the school's policy and expected to have their own personal Public Liability Insurance. 

All individuals working with children and vulnerable adults in relation to KtS Dance classes and events must possess a valid Enhanced DBS Check and adhere to the Child Protection Policies and Safeguarding Procedures, Privacy Policies, Anti-Bullying Policies and all ther procedures and policies put in place by KtS Dance and it's governing dance association, National Association of Teachers of Dancing Ltd. (NATD). Teachers working directly with children are expected to carry out Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and training including, but not limited to, Safeguarding, First Aid, Fire Safety and general teacher training.
