KtS Dance is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our website visitors; this policy sets out how we will treat your personal information.

The KtS Dance website does use technical cookies. These cookies do not require consent as they are used purely to provide a smooth running website and only where strictly necessary to (i) manage the site and (ii) for the provision of services expressly requested by the user. 

Neither KtS Dance nor 1 & 1 Ionos have access or monitor any personal data collected through cookies and no personal data is collected, used or stored in any way through the use of cookies on our website.

Personal data collected through this website

The only personal data we collect through this website is what you choose to share with us within the online contact form for the purpose of enquiries only.

KtS Dance, in association with 1 & 1 Internet, will take all reasonable technical and organisational precautions to prevent the loss, misuse or alteration of your personal information collected through this website. 

All information transferred from the website is SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encrypted and stored by the KtS Dance Data Controller only. All personal information is held in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) guidelines. 

We only collect information necessary for your enquiry related to our services. 

Once your enquiry has been completely dealt with and you do not require further use of our services (ie your enquiry does not lead to enrolment within our school) we will delete and destroy all personal information unless you have specifically requested we retain your information on file (for example, to place your child on a waiting list for a full class or to note your interest of a holiday workshop). 

We will only use your personal contact details in the manner to which you have given consent and all personal details will continue to be held under the GDPR guidelines. 

Should your enquiry lead to enrolment or further use of our services (for example a trial lesson) we would kindly direct you to our Privacy Policy for further information on how your details will be used: https://www.ktsdance.com/info/privacy-policy/. This information will be provided to you at the point of enrolment. 

Disclosures

We may disclose information collected on your contact form or as a result of this enquiry to any of our approved team members (ie. dance teachers) only for reasons as set out above and within our general Privacy Policy (see link above).  

In addition, we may disclose information about you: (i) to the extent that we are required to do so by law; (ii) in connection with any legal proceedings or prospective legal proceedings; (iii) in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention and reducing credit risk).

We will not share, sell or lease the personal information collected through our website to any other third party (other than those specifically stated above) unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
